Pre-enrolment Application for a new student

Thank you for considering The Academy. Completing the pre-enrolment application form below will place your child on a waiting list for a specified enrolment year. We will be in contact with you during the year prior, to begin Stage 2 of the admissions process.

Please note that in our inaugural year of 2028, we will only be offering Years 7 and 9. In each subsequent year, we will progressively add more year levels (for example, in 2029 we will offer Years 7–10, in 2030 we will offer Years 7–11, and so on).

Additional information will be collected at a later point for those students who progress on to the formal interview stage. Contact details and information can be further updated at that time.

Your data is sent and stored securely in line with The Academy's IT, Digital Records and Digital Security Policy and accessed only for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and correct your personal information, or request that we remove it from our systems. You can make a specific request by contacting our Privacy Officer at privacy@theacademy.ac.nz. We aim to respond to your request within 10 working days of receipt.
